Every Glatz and FIM product is available in a range of commercial-grade fabrics. Fabric choice affects UV protection, fade resistance, water repellency, and visual character. This guide helps you specify the right material for your project.

Glatz Fabric Grades
Glatz offers three fabric grades across their product range. Quality 5 is standard on all Palazzo and Castello Pro models. Quality 2 and 4 are available on Sombrano S+ and Fortino Pro.
Quality 2
Polyester
Best for: Residential and light commercial use. Seasonal installations.
Ecru, White, Anthracite, Taupe, Terracotta, Navy, Forest Green
Quality 4
Polyacryl (Dralon)
Best for: Commercial use. Year-round installations in sheltered locations.
Ecru, White, Anthracite, Taupe, Terracotta, Navy, Forest Green, Bordeaux, Sand
Quality 5
Polyacryl (Dralon) — Premium
Best for: Heavy commercial use. Year-round installations in exposed locations. Palazzo and Castello series standard.
